For many, this summit is called Bruviknipa. However, that is not correct. Bruviknipa is a sup-peak, mere 700 meters from where you can experience this amazing vista you came to see. Even the signposts says “Brøknipa”.
Parking is quite generous, and allocated at Båtaleitet. Please do donate to the local organization for keeping this parking area in pristine condition. Be aware that mobile services is quite redundant at the parking area.
The trail starts right behind the parking area. There are signpost at trail start to confirm that you have taken the correct path, as there are cabins in the area whom have their paths.
Once you have successfully made it into the trail, there isn’t much more to keep in mind, as navigation is quite easy. The only time there will be a crossroad is at the intersection with the path from the roundtrip links up at the end. I recommend to take the direct ascend to the mountain (keep bearing forward to the big mountain).
Nepali Sherpas has been contracted to make this trail more safe, so you will trek on great slabs along the way to the top.
Right after scaling the stars and getting over the ridgeline, you will see Bruviknipa - a false summit along the way. Once you gat on that summit/ridgeline, you will be able to see the actual and true summit.
If you hike up Bruviknipa, which is a sub-peak, and a false summit for Brøknia, you can spot the true summit more clearly.
Brøknipa offers great camping opportunites, as the summit is quite lush with grass and softer terrain ideal for tents. I personally haven´t camped there, but there are good spots to shelter from wind.
Brøknipa is actually not that long with a direct ascend. Therefore I recommend taking the round trip. Even the entire round trip is not difficult, as you are making a gradual descend with great vista.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
