Located in the Eastern Mountain range of Bjørnafjorden municipality, Borgafjellet is one of the many hikes you can do in the area.
A generous parking area at the end of the road is easy to find.
Since there are several hikes you can do starting from thisparking area, you need to pay careful attention at signposts and markings along the trail.
The first part of the trail is along a river. At a certain point the trail branches out to right as shown on the map.
The cabin itself is situated just before the summit of wherethe telecommunication tower is. There is a lot of vegetation and small trees onthe mountain, so the cabin itself is a bit hidden.
Since it´s a daytime cabin, make sure to take off your shoesoutside and do not camp inside of it.
For the return, you have 3 options. Either go back the wayyou came (as always), take a different route down.
There are two routes back down. The fastest is not shown onKarterkets map, and possible not on the official paper maps either. However, itis on the Strava map, and in the GPX file.
Since it was not in the official map register, I could not find the trail when I was there (mostly because I didn’t know there was any).
I chose to follow the most obvious path back down, easy tofollow, and therefore only have pictures of that trail on the return.
Here are some pictures from the trail I took back down.
In the middle of this picture there is a sign post. This is where you will eventually come from if you choose the faster trail down which I didn`t find.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
